About Pramur:

A humble man’s beginning: Born and brought up in a middle class family, our MD has strived hard and built this company with dedication, hard work and trust. Soon after graduating from SJCE University of Mysore, now called SJCE, as a civil engineer, he worked with various firms in Bangalore as well as in Mysore. After gaining the skills and knowledge while working with these firms, he embarked on a journey to work in the field of construction with a partner but ultimately that journey was short-lived. Being surrounded with hardship and having a newly married wife beside him, our MD was contemplating his future. With the support of his dear wife and his family, he finally decided to start his journey as an entrepreneur by establishing, Pramur company in 1989.

Mr. S. Prakash

Mr. S. Prakash is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Mysore, and has over 38 years of experience in architectural design and construction. He has spearheaded the Pramur group of companies with remarkable support from clients, associates, vendors, staff, and family. He is also the recipient of multiple awards, namely – The Plaque of Honour by the Institution of Engineers in 2000, and Builder of the Year – 2004 by BAI.

Mrs. K. R. Usha

Mrs. K. R. Usha, W/O Mr. S. Prakash, helps in the administration of Pramur Group. Her main aim and forte is the welfare of Team Pramur, which includes the board, staff, workforce, and their children. She has her hand in organizing health camps, and sports activities for construction workers and recognizing the talent and achievements of the children of staff and workers.

Mr. Nikhil P. Koundinya

Mr. Nikhil P. Koundinya, son of Mr. Prakash and Mrs. Usha, is a 2nd-generation entrepreneur with a Civil Engineering degree from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysuru, and a P.G. Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune. With experience in planning and managing premium real estate projects, he now oversees residential, layout, and commercial developments in Mysuru under Pramur.

Mr. T. S. Kodandaram

A, B.Com graduate, Mr. T.S. Kodandaram has over 28 years of experience in finance and accounting and has shown excellent adaptability and loyalty towards Pramur. He has gathered excellent working knowledge about the financing and taxation parts of construction projects. Kodandaram is a versatile and caring person who steps forward to help with almost all the activities of the company
