Mr. S. Prakash
Chairman & Managing Director
Mr. S. Prakash is a Civil Engineering graduate from the University of Mysore, and has over 38 years of experience in architectural design and construction. He has spearheaded the Pramur group of companies with remarkable support from clients, associates, vendors, staff, and family. He is also the recipient of multiple awards, namely – The Plaque of Honour by the Institution of Engineers in 2000, and Builder of the Year – 2004 by BAI.
Mrs. K. R. UshaDirector
Mrs. K. R. Usha, W/O Mr. S. Prakash, helps in the administration of Pramur Group. Her main aim and forte is the welfare of Team Pramur, which includes the board, staff, workforce, and their children. She has her hand in organizing health camps, and sports activities for construction workers and recognizing the talent and achievements of the children of staff and workers. Her slogan – “Happy Team = Healthy Company”.

Mr. Nikhil P. KoundinyaDirector - Projects
Mr. Nikhil P. Koundinya is a 2nd generation entrepreneur and S/O Mr. Prakash and Mrs. Usha. A Civil Engineering graduate from the National Institute of Engineering, Mysuru, and holding a P.G. Diploma in ‘Advanced Construction Management’ from the National Institute of Construction Management and Research, Pune. Nikhil has experience in project planning, scheduling, and control of premium real estate projects before joining Pramur. He is now handling different types of projects in the city of Mysuru (residential, layouts, and commercial)

Mr. T. S. Kodandaram
Executive - Finance & Accounts
A, B.Com graduate, Mr. T.S. Kodandaram has over 28 years of experience in finance and accounting and has shown excellent adaptability and loyalty towards Pramur. He has gathered excellent working knowledge about the financing and taxation parts of construction projects. Kodandaram is a versatile and caring person who steps forward to help with almost all the activities of the company.
Technological advances, use of new materials and up-gradation of skills are synonymous with Pramur. Recognition of staff and workers for their loyalty and good work has resulted in nil attrition. Consistent growth prompted the company to look beyond the horizon and add new feathers to its cap. In the year 2001, Pramur, through its sister concern Pramur Alfabs, became one of the few construction companies in the country to be employed as "Systems Engineers of Hydro", the makers of world class Domal, Wicona and Technal Aluminium Building Systems. In 2004, Pramur ventured into real estate development and has since built a many of beautiful apartments dotting the skyline of the city. Pramur Homes and Shelters was incorporated in 2007, to exclusively take care of the real estate development business. Along these lines, Pramur also set up its own in-house architectural design wing called 'Rachane' in 2012.
In the year 2015, Pramur started its in-house ready mix construction materials unit, manufacturing high grade, ready mix plaster, masonry mortar, tile adhesive and pre-cast/prestressed lintels.
Armed with the concept "Worth every penny", offering the best in quality at an affordable price has always been the motto. For all this, Pramur has the proud honor of being the first construction company in Mysuru to have been awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certification in 2004. With tremendous backing from its dedicated team, and loyal network of suppliers and vendors, the company continues to live up to the image it has built thus far.
