Terms and Conditions

  1. The sale price will be confirmed when the Allotment Letter is issued.
  2. Pramur Constructions Pvt. Ltd., reserves the right to cancel the allotment and forfeit the amount paid if the installments are not paid as per the terms of booking.
  3. Incase the applicant desires to withdraw the booking, 1% of the Sale Consideration (Including Car park amount) would be withheld as cancellation fee. No interest will be paid on the refund if any and same shall be paid by cheques only.
  4. Transfer of booking from apartment to apartment, block to block, or project to project is at the discretion of Pramur Constructions Pvt. Ltd. based on availability. If accepted, the transfer fee would be Rs. 10,000/-.
  5. Service charges and all other expenses including external infrastructure expenses like electricity, water and sanitation, cable, telephone, internet connection etc., will be met by the allottee.
  6. Statutory expenses like stamp duty and registration charges, C.E.S.C.O.M deposit, legal/incidental expenses for registering the property and additional stamp duty, if demanded by the authorities will have to be borne by the allottee. Sales tax on works contract and any other Governmental levies, applicable during the contract period shall be met by the allottee.
  7. Every effort will be made to obtain all services within the stipulated delivery date. However, no responsibility will be accepted for any delay beyond the control of the Developer in obtaining the services. Expenses incurred in providing temporary supplies for the occupation of the premises shall be met by the allottee.
  8. Details provided in the brochure are approximate and are subject to alteration without notice.
  9. Changes in standard specifications are not acceptable as changes adversely affect the schedule.
  10. All payments should be made by way of account payee Demand Draft/ local cheque to M/s. Pramur Constructions Pvt. Ltd., -payable at Mysore.
  11. This booking is subject to acceptance by Pramur Constructions Pvt. Ltd, in writing.
  12. All Transactions are subject to Mysore jurisdiction.
